 An adored varietal of Co-Owner, Shannon Salvestrin, and our Winemaker & Viticulturist, Natalie Winkler, Pinot Noir was introduced to the Salvestrin Portfolio with the Inaugural 2019 Vintage. Our 2021 Russian River Pinot Noir is a vibrant, medium to light bodied wine with a ruby red hue.

Description

Our 2021 Pinot Noir opens with dried rose petal on the nose and features notes of raspberry, cherry, and a hint of baking spice. A well-balanced structure commingles with a delicate and silky mouthfeel showcasing incredible finesse with nuances of cola and bright fruit through the lasting finish.
