Salvestrin's 2023 Sauvignon Blanc highlights the relatively cool vintage, featuring cool citrus, pineapple and nettle aromas on the nose. There's just enough stone fruit to ground the wine in its central Napa Valley origins, but there's little oak influence outside a gentle softening of the grassiness and lime notes. It's medium-bodied, adequately concentrated and silky in feel, with a lingering, refreshing finish.
